Dr. Arvin Kadempour is an Assistant Clinical Practice Leader and Assistant Professor of Dental Medicine at the Touro College of Dental Medicine (TCDM). In addition to his current teaching responsibilities at TCDM, Dr. Kadempour is an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at New York University in the Ashman Department of Periodontology & Implant Dentistry and was formerly an attending at NYC Health and Hospitals in Brooklyn, New York. With a wide breadth of experience at private practices and clinics across the country, he is highly skilled in all phases of dentistry including restorative, prosthodontics, exodontics and implant dentistry. He is heavily involved in research, and has presented nationally and internationally,

As a Maxillofacial Prosthodontics Fellow at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Dr. Kadempour received advanced training in the examination, diagnosis and treatment of complex dentofacial deformities for intraoral and extraoral prostheses, in addition to prosthetics design and fabrication for reconstruction of maxillary and mandibular defects. In 2018, he was honored by NYU College of Dentistry in Recognition of Outstanding Commitment to Dental Education and also received the Kenneth Adisman Award for excellence in Prosthodontics in 2015. He is licensed to practice in the states of New York and California.

Dr. Howard Fine is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dental Medicine and the Director of Orthodontics at the Touro College of Dental Medicine (TCDM). He has more than 30 years of experience providing care for both children and adults in the region and he has been recognized as one of the Top Orthodontists in Westchester by Westchester Magazine for over ten consecutive years.

Dr. Fine is an Invisalign® Certified Provider and is licensed to practice in the state of New York.

Before joining TCDM, Dr. Fine was an Assistant Director and Assistant Clinical Professor of Orthodontics at Montefiore Medical Center. His continuing education focuses on orthodontics and includes courses in cutting-edge technologies in the changing orthodontic environment, as well as orthodontic strategies for sleep apnea.

Dr. Fine is a consultant to several major orthodontic manufacturers, where he works on product development and testing, regulatory protocols and continuing education. Dr. Fine has lectured extensively both nationally and internationally on orthodontic topics, and has been published in the Journal of Dental Research, the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics and the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.

Dr. Isaac Chinitz is the Director of Clinical Orthodontics and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dental Medicine at the Touro College of Dental Medicine (TCDM). In his current role at TCDM, he instructs third and fourth year dental students on Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics at Touro Dental Health, the college’s 115-chair dental training facility. In addition to his current teaching responsibilities, Dr. Chinitz works in private orthodontic practices in Rye and Purchase, New York.

While in residency at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Chinitz worked as an Orthodontic Teaching Assistant, instructing and lecturing students in addition to teaching them how to evaluate orthodontic needs on patients in the college’s pediatric clinic. He also performed extensive orthodontic and periodontal research, performing a study on the predictive success of incisor position by the pre-treatment occlusogram analysis. Dr. Chinitz went on to receive his M.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, and his Master’s thesis, “Orthodontics in Multidisciplinary Treatment Planning,” focused on understanding how Orthodontics is incorporated by general dentists into their comprehensive treatment plans. Over the course of his career, Dr. Chinitz has taken a number of continuing education courses focusing on orthodontic treatment. He is licensed to practice in the state of New York.

Dr. Sang-Choon Cho serves as a Clinical Associate Professor and the Director of the Liu Advanced Clinical Fellowship Program in Implant Dentistry at the Ashman Department of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry, New York University College of Dentistry. He is an ICOI Ambassador and a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI).

Dr. Cho received his Bachelor of Dental Science degree in 1984 from the College of Dentistry at Kyungpook National University in South Korea, where he practiced dentistry before relocating to the United States in 1995 to further his education. At New York University, he completed an Advanced Implantology Certificate and has been teaching implant surgery and restorative dentistry courses since 1997. In 2003, he earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from New York University.

A respected member of the dental community, Dr. Cho is affiliated with the Academy of Osseointegration (AO), Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics (GNYAP), and Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU). He was honored with the Outstanding Teacher Award in 2013. With over 100 peer-reviewed publications and contributions to textbook chapters, Dr. Cho is a recognized authority in the field, regularly presenting at scientific conferences and publishing in leading dental journals.

In addition to his academic contributions, Dr. Cho operates a private practice in New York City, specializing in Implantology and Dental Aesthetics.
